The combined Policy Statement defines the MSDs commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction, environmental awareness and compliance through its business operations.

MSD Combined Quality & Environmental Management Systems Policy Statement

The key strategic objective of the Managed Service Division is to be a benchmark in the printing and plastic card industry for the quality of its products and services; this includes our commitment to environmental issues concerned with our products and services both locally and globally. Through our business operations we ensure that our products and services consistently match or exceed the requirements of our clients whilst offering outstanding value for money.

Our business welcomes the opportunity to clearly demonstrate our commitment to complying with ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental Standards as part of our working practices. To attain these standards we promote a policy of quality and environmental programmes based on the following objectives:

  • Continual improvement, corrective and preventative measures and waste reduction
  • Achieving customer satisfaction and optimum quality standards
  • Training and awareness of roles and responsibilities for all persons working for or on behalf of the MSD.
  • Controlled operations and instructions that are documented implemented and maintained.
  • Supporting the principles of pollution prevention through our environmental aspects register and all applicable regulations and legal requirements.
  • Regular auditing of our operations to assess compliance.
  • Provision of adequate resources and environment to achieve the planned arrangements.
  • Monitoring and measurement of key quality and environmental indicators.
  • Providing a framework for reviewing quality and environmental objectives at a senior level.
  • Review the policy and its objectives at regular intervals for there continuing suitability.
  • The policy document is communicated and understood at all levels and is publicly displayed

The MSD Quality and Environmental Policy is applicable through all the areas identified within the scope of operations for the individual businesses and is mandatory for all employees and suppliers contracted to act on there behalf.
