  • Plan - Establish the objectives and processes necessary to deliver results in accordance with customer requirements and PCC policies.
  • Do - Implement the processes.
  • Check - Monitor and measure processes and product against policies, objectives and requirements and report the results.
  • Act - Take actions to continually improve process performance.

Six Sigma

Technically, the ‘Six Sigma’ standard means achieving a defect rate of 3.4 parts per million, or virtually defect-free. But in today’s global companies Six Sigma also means striving to achieve the highest quality standards away from the production line, from customer service and supplier relationships to the overall performance of the company.

PCC’s quality assurance initiatives now include 2 fully trained Six Sigma Green Belts who champion core Six Sigma concepts within the organization.
